GRACE; GOD’S GIFT TO MANKIND

GRACE; GOD’S GIFT TO MANKIND

Grace is the undeserving gift of GOD to mankind. It is the strength of GOD in us. HE gives it to us
without measure.
Grace makes us step into the unknown and not be afraid, because we know HE has got our back.
Grace makes us discard the “imp” (meaning a small creature like a little man, that has magical powers and behaves badly) out of the word “impossible” and step into the world of possibilities.
Grace takes us into GODs presence even while we are not worthy to be there.
Grace gives us the chance to ask for forgiveness of sins before the ALMIGHTY.
Grace is what makes us feel HIS presence when we lift up our hands in worship.
Grace is what makes us to be alive today.
Grace is why a wretch like you and I is saved.
Grace is what brings him that is lost back to the path of truth.
Grace is what makes the blind see, deaf hear, dumb speak, lame walk, barren conceive, and the dead raise back to life.
Grace is that, that is most precious and cleanses us from within.
Grace is that, which is greater than all our sins.
Grace is that which is greater than all our anxieties, problems and heavy laden
Grace gives us the courage and strength to climb over the mountain before us.
Grace gives us the strength to overcome temptations.
Grace is the one that helps our strength in GOD.
Grace is the one that encourages and gives us strength when we are down.
Grace is the ladder to success in GOD.
Grace is the abundant mercies of GOD that emanates from the throne of the ALMIGHTY.
Grace is the one that makes us receive the power and fruit of the Holy Spirit.
Grace gives us hope; it gives us confidence that we will one day reign with Christ Jesus in heaven above.
Grace is beyond all human understanding. We do not deserve it, yet HE gives it to us without measure.
Grace is not for one person. It is for everyone who wants GOD to rule in his life.
Remember that whatsoever you are passing through, GODs GRACE is enough for you.

TRY LOVE

TRY LOVE

If you’ve tried everything and everything has failed
There is a message in these words that I tell
You don’t need those guns or need wars
There’s a solution that will build not destroy

Try love, love is the answer to it all
Try love, love is the answer to it all

You been everywhere, all around this old world
Putting your faith in people who don’t really even care
Well, don’t give up and don’t give in
Put your faith in Jesus and your broken heart He’ll mend

Try love, love is the answer to it all
Try love, love is the answer to it all

To effectively love you must first learn to love yourself. Before all else, it is critical to make a commitment to love yourself, because if you don’t love yourself you will start to misuse and abuse yourself. Studies have proven that self-esteem is a critical ingredient to long term success. If you do not love you, then you will not wait for anyone else to abuse you. You will do it yourself. Or you will consistently seek out those who are abusive or do not hold you in the esteemed position that you deserved. You will belittle yourself and devalue yourself and you will task yourself out of being all that you truly can be. Before all else, you must learn to love yourself and learn to appreciate and feel good about yourself. Some call this process developing a positive self-image or developing self-esteem, but in reality it is learning to love and treasure you.

Who You Are Makes A Difference

Who You Are Makes A Difference

A teacher in New York decided to honor each of her seniors in high school by telling them the
difference they each made. Using a process developed by Helice Bridges of Del Mar, California, she called each student to the front of the class, one at a time. First she told them how the student made a difference to her and the class. Then she presented each of them with a blue ribbon imprinted with gold letters which read, "Who I Am Makes a Difference."

Afterwards the teacher decided to do a class project to see what kind of impact recognition would have on a community. She gave each of the students three more ribbons and instructed them to go out and spread this acknowledgment ceremony. Then they were to follow up on the results, see who honored whom and report back to the class in about a week

One of the boys in the class went to a junior executive in a nearby company and honored him for helping him with his career planning. He gave him a blue ribbon and put it on his shirt. Then he gave him two extra ribbons, and said, "We're doing a class project on recognition, and we'd like you to go out, find somebody to honor, give them a blue ribbon, then give them the extra blue ribbon so they can acknowledge a third person to keep this acknowledgment ceremony going. Then please report back to me and tell me what happened."

Later that day the junior executive went in to see his boss, who had been noted, by the way, as being kind of a grouchy fellow. He sat his boss down and he told him that he deeply admired him for being a creative genius. The boss seemed very surprised. The junior executive asked him if he would accept the gift of the blue ribbon and would he give him permission to put it on him. His surprised boss said, "Well, sure."

The junior executive took the blue ribbon and placed it right on his boss's jacket above his heart. As he gave him the last extra ribbon, he said, "Would you do me a favor? Would you take this extra ribbon and pass it on by honoring somebody else? The young boy who first gave me the ribbons is doing a project in school and we want to keep this recognition ceremony going and find out how it affects people."
That night the boss came home to his 14-year-old son and sat him down. He said, "The most incredible thing happened to me today. I was in my office and one of the junior executives came in and told me he admired me and gave me a blue ribbon for being a creative genius. Imagine. He thinks I'm a creative genius. Then he put this blue ribbon that says 'Who I Am Makes A Difference' on my jacket above my heart. He gave me an extra ribbon and asked me to find somebody else to honor. As I was driving home tonight, I started thinking about whom I would honor with this ribbon and I thought about you. I want to honor you.
"My days are really hectic and when I come home I don't pay a lot of attention to you. Sometimes I scream at you for not getting good enough grades in school and for your bedroom being a mess, but somehow tonight, I just wanted to sit here and, well, just let you know that you do make a difference to me. Besides your mother, you are the most important person in my life. You're a great kid and I love you!"

The startled boy started to sob and sob, and he couldn't stop crying. His whole body shook. He looked up at his father and said through his tears, "I was planning on committing suicide tomorrow, Dad, because I didn't think you loved me. Now I don't need to."

In Pursuit Of Veracity

Never have I seen anyone like to admit that he has been conned. But your Bible warns that Satan wants to con you out of your most precious possession. Do you recognize Satan's greatest deceptions—and how you can avoid them? That is the essence of “The Pursue of Veracity”
Our world is filled with con artists, liars and thieves who seek to defraud us. They have used their position as a pastor of assigned congregation to spread their false-hood and deception. But the Bible warns us about the greatest deceiver of all—Satan the Devil. Are you aware of his tactics? Are you prepared to avoid his schemes, or could you fall victim to his deceptions?
In the same way that crooked salesmen do their best to defraud innocent citizens and rob them of their life's savings, businessmen use false accounting to cheat investors and avoid taxes, thieves breaking into your home and robbing you of your possessions, the same way, that Satan has been deceiving you from practising the Christian faith the way it ought to be. He wants to rob you of your most valuable possession of all, which is your eternal life and future as a child of God.

This king of thieves and his cohorts work through deceptive practices, from selfish vanity, personal interpretation of the Bible for selfish gains to pride to dangerous occultism, seeking to turn people away from the truth and from the way of life that will bring true happiness—God's way.
Do you think that because you are a religious person, you cannot be deceived? Jesus revealed that one of the most pervasive forms of deception is found in religious practice. And the Bible reveals who is behind many religious deceptions. Do you know who? The Apostle Paul warns the Corinthians against false ministers: "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works" (2 Corinthians 11:13–15).
This book focuses on these deceptions that have been communicated to believers over the years. Peruse and let the true light contained in the Gospel shine through your soul. Happy Reading!!!

BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED!

BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED!

When you wake up every day, how do you greet others and how do you respond to their greetings? When people ask you how you’re doing, do you “Fine,” “Pretty good,” “Okay,” “Not bad,” “Just trying to make it,” or “Life stinks?” Do you respond with gusto and enthusiasm, or just say what everybody else say, without any thought or feeling? How do you respond? Studies have shown that life respond to you as you respond to life.

Zig Ziglar says, “Outstanding! And getting better.” Les Brown says, “Better than good and better than most!” For years, I said, “Terrific, have never seen a better day.” Zemira Jones says, “I’m Blessed And Highly Favored.” And when asked what was that? What did you say?” He said “Blessed And Highly Favored.” I said. “Please! Share it with lots of other people, because they need to know about the power of greeting and how they should speak positive and power affirmations into their lives.” How you greet and meet others is a major part of how life greets and meets you on a daily basis. Not only does it affect the people you speak to but, more importantly, it affects you.

To say “I’m Blessed And Highly Favored” not only speaks about how you feel, but also your constant state of being. You are expressing how you feel now and how you’re going to feel later. You are expressing what is going on in your life and what you want to occur in your life. You are calling forth those things that be not, as though they were. You are blessed and highly favored when you feel good and when you do not. You are blessed and highly favored when you have money in your pocket and when you are broke. You are blessed and highly favored when things are going well and when there are challenges, because you are expressing your faith that things are going to get better. Blessed and Highly Favored! Share it with friends, share it with colleagues, share with family members, and share it with whoever you come in contact with. Greet and meet life with excitement, enthusiasm and great expectation, and life will respond in kind.

JESUS OVER YOU

Call me! (Jesus The One True Friend)

Call me! (Jesus The One True Friend)

Friendship is not about being convenient.
It’s about being committed and consistent
Call me (you can call on me) – when you need me!
Call me (you can call on me) – pick up the phone and call me!

What good is a friend,
If you cannot depend on them?
When you’re in need;
Said you need a friend;
Who’ll be there thick and thin;
And you know will be a friend in deed.

You can call me, call me, call me, won’t you call me!
If you need me, then call me!

Say you need a friend,
Who’ll be there when you win.
But stand right by your side when you lose.
Someone you can call in the midnight hour;
And you know when you call, won’t refuse.

Call me in the morning;
Call me late at night;
‘Cause anytime you call me;
You know that it’s alright!
I’m telling you once and I’ll tell you twice;
For you I really care and I’m willing to share;
And I’m willing to sacrifice.

Call me; you can call me; oh yes!
If you need me; then don’t delay;
Pick up the phone and call me right away!

Not gonna be a fair-weather friend,
I’m gonna be right here to the end!
A friend must be honest and true
Show their love, not by what they say but what they do!

For so, so long I used to think about love;
And showed my friends I love them with kisses and hugs.
But one day, Jesus passed my way;
Said no greater love can you give to a friend
Then if you would give your life for them!

Call me in the morning;
Call me late at night;
‘Cause anytime you call me;
You know that it’s alright!
I’m telling you once and I’ll tell you twice;
For you I really care and I’m willing to share;
And I’m willing to sacrifice.

Call me; you can call me; oh yes!
If you need me I’m standing near;
Just call my name and I’ll be there;
Oh don’t you wait and don’t delay;
Just pick up the phone and call me right away!
My brother, my sister
You can call on me, you can call on me!

QUOTES ABOUT THE KINGDOM OF GOD

“The more deeply one enters into the experience of the sacred the more one is aware of one’s own
personal evil and the destructive forces in society. The fact that one is alive to what is possible for humankind sharpens one’s sense that we are fallen people. The awareness of sin is the inevitable consequence of having met grace... This grace-judgment dynamic reveals that the center of Christian life is repentance. This does not mean that the distinguishing mark of the Christian is breast-beating. Feeling sorry, acknowledging guilt, and prolonging regret may be components of the human condition, but they are not what Jesus means by repentance. Repentance is the response to grace that overcomes the past and opens out to a new future. Repentance distinguishes Christian life as one of struggle and conversion and pervades it, not with remorse, but with hope. The message of Jesus is not “Repent,” but “Repent for the Kingdom of God is near.”
― John SheaA Star at Its Rising: Advent Meditations

“The devil can quote Scripture for his purpose; and the text of Scripture which he now most commonly quotes is, “The Kingdom of heaven is within you.” That text has been the stay and support of more Pharisees and prigs and self-righteous spiritual bullies than all the dogmas in creation; it has served to identify self-satisfaction with the peace that passes all understanding. And the text to be quoted in answer to it is that which declares that no man can receive the kingdom except as a little child. What we are to have inside is a childlike spirit; but the childlike spirit is not entirely concerned about what is inside. It is the first mark of possessing it that one is interested in what is outside. The most childlike thing about a child is his curiosity and his appetite and his power of wonder at the world. We might almost say that the whole advantage of having the kingdom within is that we look for it somewhere else.”

BLESSING IS COMING YOUR WAY

Do you know that when you pick up the Bible to read, Satan develops headache
When you open it, he collapses
When he sees you reading it, he loses his strength
when you stand on the words contained in it, he knows he can't hurt you
and if you are about to forward this post to others, he will try to discourage you.
forward it anyway and move forward into the realm of light where no darkness can comprehend.
Blessing is coming to you in a form you never imagine. Don't ask question, just step into faith and receive it in JESUS name.

JUST A LITTLE FAITH

JUST A LITTLE FAITH

Maggie Johnson had been diagnosed with breast cancer,, stage-
Just a little faith
three breast cancer. She was in her mid-thirties and just could not believe it was happening to her. She had no family history of breast cancer. She ate well and most of all she felt she was simply too young to have cancer.

Her test results showed that her cancer had spread from the breast to the lymph nodes and prognosis was poor. She was given two years to live, if that long. Maggie heard their predictions but she had something else that she relied on, her faith in God. She was told she would need at least ten chemotherapy treatments and then radiation treatment. Maggie continued to think positively and continued to trust God. After five treatments, Maggie went back for her regular checkup and there was absolutely no sign of the cancer! The doctors could not believe it. Extensive tests were taken and extensive biopsies were taken but there were no signs of cancer. Five years have come with still no sign of cancer. The cancer hand totally disappeared!

Maggie is now a stage-three breast cancer survivor who was faced with a hopeless situation. Yet she held on to her hope and faith. She never gave up. She looked death in the eye, and won. Remember that all things are possible to those who believe.

Remember!
ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE; MAGGIE JOHNSON! Just a little FAITH is needed!

PRAYER IN TIME OF SICKNESS

A PRAYER IN TIME OF SICKNESS

King Hezekiah felt seriously ill unto the point of death and he prayed to GOD.  The LORD answered him and added some more years to his days. Do you remember the stories of the woman with the issue of blood, the lame man by the pool of Bethsaida, blind Barthemaeus, the Shunammite woman, the centurion’s daughter, and many more were all healed or raised from the death through the power of GOD in CHRIST JESUS. Do you have any illness in your body that you have spent so much and is not going away, do you have any infirmities that is causing discomfort to your body, summon up courage with faith in GOD through CHRIST JESUS and render this prayer. Always remember that GOD has sent forth HIS WORD to heal all our diseases. Just believe that you are healed after rendering this prayer and never doubt and it will be so.

A PRAYER IN TIME OF SICKNESS ( A PSALM OF DAVID)

You, LORD GOD, bless everyone who cares for the poor, and you rescue those people in times of trouble. You protect them and keep them alive. You make them happy here in this land, and you don’t hand them over to their enemies.

You always heal them and restore their strength when they are sick. I prayed, “Have pity, LORD! Heal me, though I have sinned against you.”

My vicious enemies ask me, “When will you die and be forgotten?” When visitors come, all they ever bring are worthless words, and when they leave, they spread gossip.

My enemies whisper about me. They think the worst, and they say “You have some fatal disease! You’ll never get well.”
My most trusted friend has turned against me, though he ate at my table. Have pity LORD! Heal me, so I can pay them back. Then my enemies won’t defeat me and I will know that you really care. You have helped me because I am innocent, and you will always be close to my side.

You the LORD GOD will be praised forever! Amen and amen

THE STRANGER IN THE GARDEN

THE STRANGER IN THE GARDEN

There was a man who had a big garden. He had planted many fruit trees and cared or them till they
bear fruits. Now he wanted to pick the fruits and sell them to make money for his family.

One fine day while picking fruits with his son, he saw a stranger sitting on the branch of a tree and picking the fruits. This man became angry and shouted, “Hey you! What are you doing on my tree? Aren’t you ashamed of stealing fruits in the day time?” The stranger on the branch just looked at the gardener but didn’t reply, and continue picking the fruits. The gardener was very angry and shouted again, “For a whole year I have taken care of these trees, you have no right to take these fruits without my permission, so come down now.”

The stranger on the tree answered, “Why should I come down? This is the garden of God and I am a servant of God, so I have the right to pick these fruits and you should not interfere between the work of God and his servant.” The gardener was very surprised at this answer and thought of a plan. He called his son and said, “Go bring a rope and get this man down from the tree.” His son brought a rope and the gardener ordered him to tie the stranger to the tree. The gardener then took a stick and started to beat the stranger. The stranger began to scream, “Why are you beating me? You have no right to do this.”

The gardener paid no attention and continued beating him. The stranger screamed, “Don’t you fear God? You are beating an innocent man?

The gardener answered “Why should I fear? This wood in my hand belongs to Go and I am too the servant of God, so I have nothing to fear, and you shouldn’t interfere with the work of God and his servant.”

The stranger hesitated and then spoke, “wait don’t beat me, I am sorry for taking the fruits. This is your garden and I should seek permission before taking the fruits. So, please forgive and set me free.”

OUR DEEDS

The gardener smiled and said, “Since you have now realized your mistake, I will forgive you but remember that God has given all his servants brains so every person’s deeds are in his own hands. The gardener untied him and let him go.
